Outdoor Adventure
With fantastic trails for mountain biking, stunning lakes for swimming, and plenty of opportunities for hiking, Avoriaz is the perfect destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Water activities are especially popular during the summer, including kayaking, white water rafting, swimming, and more. For adrenalin junkies, there is helicopter rides, paragliding, and parachuting. We highly recommend taking the opportunity to appreciate the beautiful mountains, be it from above in a helicopter, or up-close while mountain climbing.

Family Activities
The resort at Avoriaz has a car-free policy, meaning that kids can run around safely and most activities can easily be reached on foot. You'd be surprised at the range of family-friendly activities offered at the resort - so many, in fact, that we could not include them all in this list. Young kids can enjoy hours of fun and play at the Avoriaz Playground, which features trampolines, a bouncy castle, and swings, and other playground equipment. Teens might be more interested in the activities at the bowling alley, or learning new moves at the skate park. Archery, golf practice, climbing walls, mini golf, and the water park can be enjoyed by the whole family, and we highly recommend visiting the treehouse at Lil'Stash for a picnic or barbecue.

Sports Facilities

The golf course is especially stunning in its setting in the Morzine mountains. Beach volley, squash rooms, and tennis courts are located near the centre of the resort, and the resort team often organise tournaments for these sports during peak seasons.
